The three-judge panel has released its proposed interim congressional plan.  It’s Plan C220 and can be found at http://gis1.tlc.state.tx.us under ‘All Plans.’

Comments or objections to the map are due by noon on Friday, November 25.

Judge Smith apparently disagrees with the Friday deadline and would have had comments due by close of business Wednesday (today), so the court could put a final order in place “in plenty of time on Friday November 25 that the parties can take appropriate action that day” (i.e., take all the steps necessary to file for stay by the U.S. Supreme Court).
