The San Antonio panel has set a status conference for 10 a.m. on Tuesday, December 13, to discuss election deadlines in light of the Supreme Court ruling.
In its order, the court directed that the parties be “prepared to address issues related to the filing deadline and other administrative deadlines and other necessary considerations as they relate to conducting the 2012 Primary Election.”
The court also ordered that the parties confer in advance with representatives of the Democratic and Republican parties and with state election officials “in an effort to reach agreement on relevant deadlines and issues.”
