Thursday was the deadline for the parties in the preclearance case to submit a stipulation listing any facts they could agree on.

Here it is - with all 56 of the facts that are undisputed, including such humdingers such as “[t]he plan contained in House Bill 150 is also known as Plan H283.”

On Friday, the parties are due to separately submit their proposed findings of fact and conclusions of law.

Post-trial briefs are due on Monday, February 6.
