MALC’s advisory on districts still in dispute is here.
Among the issues MALC identifies are what it says is intentional discrimination involving HD 103, 104, and 105 in Dallas County.
MALC also says the case is ‘not insubstantial’ that the state’s treatment of CD-25 (the Doggett seat) violates the Voting Rights Act.
