The State of Texas is out with a new proposed settlement on the state senate map - Plan S170.
At the end of today’s hearing, Gerry Hebert, lawyer for Wendy Davis said that he hoped that a settlement on the state senate map could be reached tonight. Hebert said, however, that he had yet to see the Plan S170 counterproposal from the state.
